Description: It is offered to build an ultra modern 25-storey hotel on 3 hectares (Krasti Street) where each 5 stages will be constructed in different styles starting from 17-th century. It is presumed to sell the land to the investor or to build jointly). The company will produce the interiors on its own. Considering an overloaded traffic on Krasti Street the company carries on the project for building of the ropeway down the river of Daugava which will connect the Old town with restaurant and hotel complex Lido on this street. At present the company is engaged in obtaining required permissions from Riga local authorities for the building of mentioned hotel and the ropeway. The company management expects to get all agreements during next 6 month. The building project is not ready yet. |
